1. Domestic Exchanges

Mexico only.

We are happy to honor an exchange within 15 days of purchase for any unworn or unaltered items. Please contact our Customer Service team to initiate your exchange.

Please note final sale items are non-returnable.

2. Return

USA & Canada only.

To initiate an exchange, you need to contact us to care@stiefeld.com by returning the item for store credit and placing a new order online.

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Choose the pair you love and apply the store credit issued when you returned the original item.

3. International Policy

For the moment, we only offer returns and exchanges for the United States and Canada.

Please note all returns from Canada are subject to a $15 USD returns processing fee.

Original shipping fees, duties, & taxes are non-refundable.

We would recommend setting up a return for store credit and placing a new order.
