Hair-on hide products can last for many years with low maintenance. 

You can clean your boots with a soft bristle brush in the direction of the hair.

In case of stains caused by food, liquids, or other materials, clean the product with a neutral soap and warm water with a clean and soft cloth. Do not rub too much or soak the product. Do the procedure with care.

Do not use solvents, washing machines or dryers.

In order to ensure optimal longevity, we recommend avoiding friction and excessive contact on your product.

Take off your boots with a show & boot remover or with your hands. Never use your other foot to take off your boots. This may cause hair loss in some areas (ankle and metatarsals) of your product.

Over time some areas may become hair less caused by repeated friction. This is a natural progression of the hide and should not be considered an imperfection.

In order to slow this natural process please avoid harsh wear, change your jeans or bottoms constantly.

Sandals can last many years with low maintenance.

At your choice, you may clean your sandals with a soft cloth to free them from dirt or other solid materials.
